Fallinglight II
This piece is an accumulation of many small petal-like components that have been sewn together into a long hood-like form. The petals have been made by stitching thread through pale organza and then copper electroforming them to create a delicate metal skeleton in the fabric that preserves its translucency. The copper has then been plated with silver to create a glowing golden hue in the metal.
