Tsélání, the place of many rocks

Hand woven from hand spun and dyed wool, this rectangular Navajo tapestry depicts a desert skyline. Two pointed tan buttes rise against a wide sky of dusty blue gradations and white clouds. Yarn tassels, which extend the blue and brown hues of the landscape, accent each corner.
