This is a bespoke chef’s knife book, which holds 11 knives and a sharpening steel. It is made of two layers of vegetable tanned leather, the knife profiles are sandwiched in between, to prevent the blades from cutting the pocket threads. It has four sections that fold into a book shape, and has a convenient carry handle.
