Piano stool restoration
This is a rectangular 20th-century piano stool with a seat that opens on hinges to access storage space underneath. Peter Smith refurbished it by stripping it down, sanding and revarnishing it using French polish. He also replaced the foam and leather on the seat using a tan aniline dyed pull-up leather.
