Green-aid squirrel

In this piece, Erickson reverse engineered the model and mould making process used by 18th century North Carolina Moravian potters to recreate this iconic green glazed squirrel bottle. Her 21st century riff on Animal Farm turns the tables between man and the natural world, depicting a squirrel carrying a grenade.
