This covered vessel, made using the kiln-cast pâte de verre technique, is composed of two parts. The container rises in a flared form, shading from red at the base to yellow at the rim, with a surface texture rendered as overlapping hands encircling the body. The matching lid echoes this motif, tapering upwards into a small finial and radiating outward into flowing, hand-like extensions.
