This extra-large analogue collage and assemblage is a unique original artwork made with mixed media techniques. It features two vintage cabinet cards from 1883 of a father and daughter, taken in the same studio. Vintage paper, handwritten texts, ephemera, dried fern, silk thread, embroidery and small assemblage objects are carefully combined to highlight their bond while reflecting the father’s role in that era. Every detail is stitched or collaged to create a meaningful, timeless piece.
