Little monster, cream

This is a cream-coloured stoneware vase, evoking an ocean monster made with local Azorean clay using roller and potter's wheel techniques. Fired at 1250ºC, the matte exterior contrasts with the glazed interior made from pigments extracted from Santa Maria island.
