Gavel

This piece of discarded oak is reborn as a goddess' gavel. With a lathe and chisel, the arrowhead, head, and handle were carved meticulously before assembly. This fantastical form, born from pondering the judgment of our present in the future, embodies Ryoji Nakamoto's artistic vision.
