VoieYage

This installation consists of 30 cm wide strips that illustrate the paths of modernity. Each piece is displayed alongside an image that enhances its meaning. The work is woven across three distinct sections, extending along its length. Every 1.2 metres, the patterns change and transform through various handwoven techniques. A visible copper thread shuttle catches the light, connecting one side of the weave to the other and giving the warp threads the impression of floating.
