Slippery Endings
In this installation, the candelabra and candlestick were handcrafted in porcelain. The intertwining tentacles were painted in a fleshy underglaze and a pearlescent lustre was applied later. The decorative bases of the candelabra and candlestick were painted with a platinum lustre, creating a mirror-like effect.
