Thin sheets

This glass work looks like a pile of thin sheets. Using a plaster mould to create it, the sides are cut out flat, giving the work a material presence. Cracks and fissures and the texture felt at the fingertips are accompanied by a sense of the weight of the pile and the prospect of its collapse.
