Seat restoration of Wishbone Chair

The seat of this Wishbone Chair was rewoven in the original right-angle pattern, using Danish paper cord. The Wishbone Chair is the very first model the Danish furniture designer Hans J. Wegner designed exclusively for the manufacturer of furniture Carl Hansen & Son, back in 1949. This chair was made in beech wood, painted in black and a seat of Danish cord was woven.
