Teapot and cup set

This set consists of a teapot and a matching cup. Both works stand upon vertically elongated feet. The works are coil built from red clay. The surface is covered red ochre, cobalt and white colourants, spread roughly over the wrinkly textured surface. The teapot has a long protruding spout, pointed handle and narrow opening, with a small ball-shaped closure. The overall elongated proportions give an oriental fairy tale look to the set.
