The Last Dive, or "La Última Zambullida", is part of Ursula Núñez's Marinas series. The works of the series are inspired by Ursula's concern about the state of our oceans and its habitants: in this case, the whales are at the heart of her piece. This small sculpture is hand-carved from a twin-headed branch of an olive tree. This piece has beautiful light amber colour with very discreet veins just a hue darker on the sides of the whale's tail.
