This is a sculptural and decorative object, made of carved wood and leather with hair. Its shape is inscribed in a rectangular prism, in which the cow provides a frame to the small calf. The natural colours are typical of the materials used. This sculpture is part of the Paisajes Rurales (Rural landscapes) series that celebrates the animals that characterise Uruguayan rural folklore.
