Step into the world of weaving at The Coats Room on the Glen Taner estate, in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Experience the art of hand weaving on a four-shaft table loom in this immersive workshop run by Lucy MacDonald. Each weaver will receive their own set of plant-dyed yarns in mini hanks, consisting of 20 shades. Inspired by the picturesque local landscapes, we will create a one-of-a-kind artwork with intricate colour and texture interplay. Each weaver will take home both their finished woven artwork and the remainder of their plant-dyed yarn. Please note that this workshop can be scheduled to specific dates for groups of three or more.
