Luca Mulas enjoys telling the history of his workshop, which was founded by his grandfather in 1918. His memories date back to when his father was running the business. In those days, the smithy was a small world characterised by what Luca calls a functional chaos. It was noisy and dusty, but the life that went in and out of it had, he says, the freshness of spring water. During the visit, you will be given fascinating insights into the working processes, with practical demonstrations of how Luca forges the iron on the anvil to create contemporary works that are permeated by the culture of this magical island. This one-hour tour costs 25 EUR per person.
