Ceramicist Agnė Kučerenkaitė offers a tour around the location Phoenix Cultuur, not far from Eindhoven. The site holds significant historical value with its monumental industrial buildings dating back to the early 20th century. In 2012, the building was transformed into an arts and culture centre. Then, Agnė will take you to her ceramic studio, which boasts several spacious rooms with machinery and kilns, including electric, gas and the only salt kiln in The Netherlands. Finally, she will showcase her ceramic projects, which incorporate diverse industrial waste streams, such as metal and biofuel waste.
