Ceramicist Tessa Eastman always aims to provide a supportive environment for all her students and therefore offers one-on-one ceramic tuition in person. Tessa will first assess the student’s level and skill, whether beginner, intermediate or advanced, and then will tailor the class accordingly. The target of the tuition is to improve the student’s wheel throwing or hand building techniques, as well as troubleshoot any issue recurring during the process. The class will take place in Tessa’s well-equipped studio in Bloomsbury, where the emphasis is on enjoying the process of making.

Tessa therefore offers an opportunity for ceramicists of any level to receive online tuition through a Zoom meeting. During the session, Tessa will assess the student’s level and skill and will give her feedback accordingly. The target of the online session is for the student to gain helpful advice, get technical support in developing their own ideas and finally to obtain a constructive overview of their creative process.
