The Harlinger Aardewerk & Tegelfabriek offers guided tours of the factory encapsulating 400 years of Frisian Ceramics, a chance to be shown the entire history and process of Frisian pottery by means of historical explanation and demonstration. The tour takes you past the craftsmen in action who are forming, glazing, painting, and baking Frisian ceramic wares following ancient recipes and techniques. It is also possible to take a walk through the factory without a guide if the group is smaller than eight people.
