Learn how to weave on a four-heddle six-pedal loom

This is a personalised intensive theoretical and practical course to learn how to weave on a low heddle loom with four heddles and six treadles. The student will learn how to design their piece, make the project calculations, warp the warp yarns, set up the loom, interpret the charts and weave, including different types of finishes that the trainee can do on the scarf. The participant will also learn some "tricks" to better enjoy the weaving of the piece, a cotton and linen scarf. This loom is hand and foot-operated. Previous experience is not necessary, although some skill is required. The course includes the material and notes, with a small vocabulary of weaving terms.
