Kintsu Handmade organises team building experiences for companies or groups with workshops run by the artisan Anita Cerrato, aimed at promoting team work to improve professional results. Working with one's hands strengthens self-esteem and encourages participants to have a more creative approach to challenges and problem solving. It also helps colleagues to discover new skills in themselves and in others and to feel more unique as individuals and as a team. The workshop can be organised upon request and lasts about three hours. All participants are given a kintsugi kit. The working space must be supplied by the company.
