A tour on Galician ceramics through time

with Sargadelos

Discover the museum on a guided tour

The Museum of Ceramics opened in 2020 and is housed in a cultural interest site within the Sargadelos premises. Its seven rooms display a journey through the history of ceramics, with a special focus on the role that ceramics played in the culture of Galicia. There is also a good presentation of the evolution and identity of ceramic creations in Galicia, from heritage pieces to contemporary objects. Inside the museum is the home of ceramicist Isaac Díaz Pardo, as well as an auditorium with a one-hundred people capacity, a library and a space dedicated to the different ceramic experiences carried out in Sargadelos since 1972.
