Founded in 1923 on the island of Murano, NasonMoretti has continuously redefined the language of hand blown glass through a balance of tradition and innovation. The manufacturer has established a distinct identity in tableware, combining functionality with a refined decorative sensibility. In the 1930s, its elegant glass creation, shaped by subtle Art Deco influences, became part of notable private collections, including that of Gabriele D’Annunzio. In 1955, the Lidia series by Umberto Nason received the Compasso d’Oro award and was included in the MoMA collection in New York the following year. In the decade that followed, expanding tableware collections further defined the NasonMoretti's identity, establishing a dialogue between essential forms, material experimentation and everyday use. Under the leadership of Marco, Piero and Giorgio Nason, the manufacturer embraced a more contemporary vision through bolder colour palettes and collaborations with architects, designers and luxury fashion brands.
