Shapers of colour

Vitralls Bonnet is a family company, employing a skilled team of experienced artisans, specialised in the conservation, restoration and making of stained glass. Established in 1923, it is currently in the hands of the third generation of the Bonet family. The production comprises stained glass windows designed in-house, collaborations with artists and custom pieces. Barcelona’s tradition of stained glass is well reflected and represented in Bonet’s works. Since the 1930s they have collaborated with the Sagrada Familia on projects such as the crypt’s construction and restoration and recently the windows designed by artist Joan Vila-Grau.

Other commissions include the reintegration of unique pieces in the windows of Casa Battló, one of Gaudí’s masterpieces. Balancing light and colour are paramount, the skill of the artisan is to create a blend in harmony with the context. Vitralls Bonnet's creations combine traditional techniques and styles, with modern technology and innovation, and have earned the right to be featured in several international publications.
