Sculptural paper installations for spaces large and small
Founded in Paris in 2005, Studio Marianne Guély has developed a creative practice at the intersection of art, craftsmanship and design. From ideation to installation, each project begins with a creative brief that the Studio transforms into a living narrative. Marianne Guély brings together a multidisciplinary team of artists and makers whose expertise allows the Studio to work across every scale. Paper remains the Studio’s emblematic medium. Collaborating with long-standing luxury houses such as Maison Francis Kurdjian, Cartier, Daum, Guerlain, Mikimoto, as well as private exclusive collectors and clients, cultural institutions and international organisations, the Studio creates bespoke installations, scenographies, exhibitions and artistic commissions that invite audiences to pause and experience a renewed sense of elevation.
Through research, experimentation and dialogue with exceptional artisans, at Studio Marianne Guély ideas take shape and evolve into immersive works that inspire wonder, emotion and reflection. The Studio’s approach is rooted in four guiding principles: excellence in French craftsmanship; creative and technical innovation; contemporary poetic expression; and transmission and preservation of traditional savoir-faire. The Studio has received several distinctions, including the Talent of Originality Award at the Luxury & Creation Summit (2014), the Japan DSA Design Award (2018) and the Prix des Lumières awarded by Institut Les Lumières de Paris (2019).
