Established as a social cooperative in Como, Italy, Contrada degli Artigiani is committed to fostering young people’s development through supportive and structured mentorship, apprenticeship schemes and work experiences. As a centre of excellence it has been hugely successful at preventing school dropout and providing employment opportunities for young people facing personal, economic or social difficulties.
