Arcahorn was launched under this name in 2013, but it all started in 1958 when Mario Guerra decided to open Arca, a workshop specialising in the processing of zebu horn, in a small Italian town. Here with their hands, a few tools and fire, expert artisans shaped horn and combined it with other refined materials to craft precious objects, such as cutlery, tableware, jewellery, and personal care accessories. Over time, passion and know-how were conveyed to Giorgio and Silvia, sons of Mario, and the company started collaborating with designers with a renewed focus on décor.
Today the production revolves around making features and accents for furniture and decorative pieces. Each item is unique and custom-made to embellish the interior of residences, yachts, hotels, boutiques and offices. Arcahorn is an environmentally-friendly manufacturer that uses low impact solutions. Horns come exclusively from free-range zebus that are bred in compliance with animal rights and ethics.
