Anamarija Ludvik and Luka Kravanja, the driving forces behind FOH Studio since 2022, began their journey in 2017 when Luka enrolled in private classes at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design. Anamarija joined in 2018, co-founding their first venture, Kolektiv DVA. Their synergy flourished, combining Anamarija's creative project management background with Luka's expertise, fostering innovation with every new client project. This collaboration led them to establish FOH, the studio they run today. Together they specialise in bespoke ceramics for culinary and hospitality industries. Their clientele, featured in prestigious publications like Forbes and Vogue, includes Michelin-starred establishments such as Hiša Franko and MILKA in Slovenia. Their hands-on approach ensures impeccable quality, enhancing global dining experiences and providing chefs with exquisite settings for their culinary creations.

- What is your training background?
- After studying visual communications, Luka freelanced in design while Anamarija managed projects. In 2017, Luka's passion for clay led him to attend private courses with Professor Kristina Rutar at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design. By 2018, we opened our first studio and the rest is history.
- In what way is your craft linked to where you live?
- Slovenia's pottery and clay design tradition is now experiencing a revival, merging seamlessly with art thanks to a new wave of designers. At FOH, we integrate this tradition into business stories, where art objects appear in everyday life as an added value to services. But looking forward, we (co-)act globally.
- What do you love most about your profession?
- We enjoy meeting customers during the so-called discovery sessions to understand their needs and preferences. This keeps our work lively, focusing on creative problem-solving for their ever-changing needs, rather than repeating the same tasks or products.
- What was a memorable moment in your professional life?
- In retrospect, the most significant was our project with the MILKA Boutique Hotel&Restaurant. It involved deep cooperation, with the client's unwavering commitment to quality evident throughout. Our products now feature prominently throughout MILKA, from rooms to restaurant.
