This vase by Julia Ibbini was assembled from laser cut layered papers, and decorated with hand applied inks and cotton. The motifs were drawn by hand and processed through geometry algorithms and digital making tools. Reimagining ancient ornamentation, the piece brings together computation, craftsmanship and material intelligence.
