Ceramic, Lacquer, Metallic thread, Gold, Epoxy resin
These vessels by Thanistha Nunthapojn were composed from fragments of Lanna ceramics and contemporary materials, joined together using both kintsugi and tinsel darning. Symbolising the fusion of history, femininity and Buddhist philosophy, the works transform brokenness into resilient beauty and a feeling of completeness.
