This bronze sculpture symbolises the fossilised form of the jerrican and its evolution from military innovation to global fuel container. Its organic form challenges utilitarianism and notions of property. Co-crafted with earthworms, the patina was made by Bruno Altmayer-Henzien in Saint-Denis, France, and the raw cast by Avangini Art Foundry in Moussy-le-Neuf, France.
