These four vessels were created from hand-sculpted and dyed clay forms embellished with Italian tanned vegetable leather disks in ivory. Fflur draws her inspiration from observation of shapes in the natural world around her, especially the sea shore. She likes to think that her pieces are a scientific documentation of patterns and forms that embody our relationship with the natural world.
