Shadows Rest on the Branch

This four-panel folding screen is finished in soft pale green. Each panel is carved from a single piece of solid wood using Intangible Cultural Heritage openwork techniques, creating undulating surfaces and openings that filter light. This piece belongs to the series Upon a Tranquil Pillow, Dreams are at Peace.
