Boulder Form 10
Rods of green and brown willow are curved as they are woven across the surface of this sculpture, recalling the path taken by the wind and rain as it erodes rock formations over millions of years. The interior burnt orange rods are formed into tight bends and dowelled together to form a swirling vortex-like centre. The willow is densely threaded using the interlace technique.
