Boulder Form 5
Thick rods of willow curve across the surface of this sculpture, representing the path taken by the elements, such as wind and rain, as they erode stone over millions of years. Woven with organically grown willow using the interlace technique, the large-scale sculpture stands on a narrow base with bulbous side walls that reveal a deep central opening.
