Lean On
This white ceramic object is made by assembling thin clay slabs, approximately 2mm thick, each textured to resemble leather. Rather than relying on traditional plaster mould casting, Dasol Lee handbuilds and layers each slab to create irregularly bent and twisted vessel forms. The surface exposes this layered construction, while natural deformations produced during firing contribute to the organic appearance of the piece.
