This large square work is composed of three connected panels. The entire surface is covered with golden mother-of-pearl, applied in fine strips along curved lines to express the flowing movement of waves. The mother-of-pearl reflects light from different angles, revealing soft ivory and golden tones and creating a sense of depth across the surface.
