Madonna with Child

This mosaic panel, inspired by the 1640 painting by Sassoferrato housed in Cesena, was handcrafted using Venetian glass. The flesh tones are executed with a mixed technique using double-sided setting, while the mantle and background are created using the reverse-on-paper method. The mosaic captures all the tenderness of traditional sacred iconography.
