Flower basket

This flower basket was wheel thrown and attached to a slab base that was shaped with thumb pressure to create a wavy edge. Sprig-like elements decorate the top, with spaces left for flowers and leaves to poke through. A blue celadon glaze on the top and interior contrasts with the white base.
