Chimera

This ceramic sculptural form explores hybridity, memory and fragility. Inspired by archaic mythologies and ritual vessels, it approaches the chimera as a symbolic condition: the coexistence of strength and vulnerability. The layered sheets of clay and perforated surfaces allow light and shadow to shape its form.
