Totem lamp

This sculptural lamp's base is a rectangular slate block, left raw, with irregular edges and a surface marked by natural strata and mineral colour variations. From this base rises a forged vertical foot giving the impression of a stack of strata, some of which have received brazed brass. The lampshade is a pushed brass half-sphere with a hammered finish.
