Nested hand etched turquoise bowls

These wheel thrown turquoise ceramic nesting bowls are coated in white slip and etched on the inside with symmetrical floral patterns using a nail and a pair of compasses before glazing and firing. The colour and design reflect traditional Istalif pottery.
