The Autumn Landscape
This sculpture explores the state of contemplation during a walk in an autumn forest. It features a golden colour palette. The base of the sculpture, raised on three feet, is a reference to archaic vessels. The object’s rounded shape is hand formed from stoneware clay. The same stoneware clay, dry and crushed, is used for powdering and creating a velvety surface.
