Ribbons of synthesis 2

This large lino print on cotton is a study of grasses contributing to water conservation chosen for their movement and entanglement whilst synthesising the sun's energy. It celebrates the power of plants to sequester carbon and release oxygen for life. The hand print process onto the fabric adds textural dimension based on pressure and ink.
