Turkish marble

This sheet of marbled paper features a pattern popular in Asia during the 17th century. Turkish masters say that when students learn this pattern, they master pigment and base preparation, demonstrate strong tool-handling skills and prove a solid foundation in composition. It features grey, green and blue tones.
