Conduit

The shape of this colourful porcelain sculpture resembles a kettlebell and features vibrant blue, yellow and black circular patterns. Thousands of marks etched with a needle tool cover the surface and there is a hole in the middle of the arch at the top. The form evokes strength and the title suggests connection.
