Symbiosis #8

This small sculpture's hollow, ovoid shape evokes a coral cave. It is created with high-temperature glazes to build volume rather than simply cover the ceramic surface. The material and colour of the glazes used evoke the aquatic world. Paper porcelain elements are added to bring depth and dynamism to this form.
