Trinket dishes
These two small, bold dishes are made from grogged porcelain, a type of very fine, smooth clay to which is added tiny grains of already-fired clay, called grog, to give it more structure. The geometric squares and delicate contrasting lines have been inlaid and cut through the body of the pieces, with soft papery surface.
